Rules And Regulations

If you disregard the rules of Twisted Trails Off Road Park, pose a safety threat to yourself or others, and /or are fighting or behaving inappropriately, it will result in your immediate removal from the property.

• Everyone must fill out and sign our liability waiver form to be on property,           NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Park quiet hours are from 11pm until 7am.  All vehicle motors must be shut off by 11pm.
• Stay in the posted areas of the park. Drivers and passengers ride at their own risk.  Drivers must be 16 years old with valid driver's license or drivers 12-15 must have an ORV certificate.
• Speed limit except in the Off-Road area is 5 mph. Please keep speeds down to prevent accidents and to keep dust down.  No spinning your tires allowed.  Keep all wheels on the ground.
• Glass IS permitted in your campsite ONLY. Glass is NOT permitted anywhere else in the park; violators will be FINED $100 immediately or you will be removed from the property.  
• Children and pets must be supervised at all times. You may NOT leave your pets unattended in your campsite at anytime. Pets must be leashed (6’ max), no excessive barking & you are responsible to dispose of pet waste. No aggressive pets are allowed on property.
• Please properly dispose of trash in the provided containers or carry out what your carried in.  Do not leave oil, gas or any other hazardous material at the park.  Garbage bags are available for customers at the General Store.
